What areas do you service?
We serve Sussex County and surrounding areas of coastal Delaware. For properties outside this region, reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
What types of real estate do you shoot?
We work with residential, rental, commercial, and new construction properties.
How do I book a shoot?
You can book a session through our Contact Page or by calling/texting us directly. We’ll confirm your details and get everything scheduled.

How long does a shoot take?
Typically 45–90 minutes depending on the size and complexity of the property.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
We usually deliver within 24–48 hours. Need it faster? Let us know and we’ll try to accommodate.
How many photos will I receive?
Most listings include 25–40 professionally edited photos, depending on property size.
🚁 Drone & 360 Tours
Are you FAA licensed to fly drones?
Yes, we’re FAA Part 107 certified and fully insured for commercial drone operations.
What is a 360 virtual tour?
An interactive, online experience that lets buyers “walk through” a home virtually, from any device.
Can I use the virtual tour on the MLS?
Yes! We provide both branded and MLS-compliant unbranded links.
💵 Pricing & Payment
How much do your services cost?

When is payment due?
Payment is due after the shoot and before delivery. We accept credit cards, Venmo, and PayPal.
🧼 Preparation & Rescheduling
How should I prepare the property?
Make sure it’s clean, clutter-free, and all lights are on. We’ll send you a short prep checklist before the shoot.
What if it rains or I need to cancel?
No problem! We’re happy to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice at no extra cost.
📣 Marketing & Usage
Can I use the photos and videos on social media?
Yes! Everything we deliver is optimized for MLS and social sharing. Post them wherever you market your listings.
Will the photos be watermarked?
Nope. We deliver clean, high-resolution images, ready for immediate use.
